Hello My Lovelies - let’s take a breath together, yah? Deep inhale…. Hold …. Sloooooowww exhale. Great! Okay, let’s talk about the frequencies you’re tuned into right now.

The world is full of so much noise; we’re pulled into several different directions at once and we constantly have to prioritize which person or thing to focus on in the moment and set everything else aside. As a Manifesting Generator, Multi-Passionate, I am able to bounce around like a pinball without feeling like I’m drowning - for a space in time. And then my system shuts down and I either get sick or have to sleep for two days. Especially if I’m not consistently meditating, journaling or some sort of self-care. But here’s the thing: a lot of people are not Manifesting Generators and they find themselves feeling like they’re failing in some area of life when they have to set other priorities or activities aside for the sake of the next request.

We're taking care of parents, spouses, partners, children, family, co-workers, work itself and then when we started talking about self-care, now we’re selfISH for wanting to have some semblance of balance in our lives that includes prioritizing ourselves. Stop and consider that for a moment: we’ve been taught that our value is tied to how we serve others in life. So when we’re not serving, when we’re sitting with a book, or journaling or crocheting or knitting - we’re selfish. We’re lazy. We’re not doing what we should be doing. Be honest; how many times have you sat down with your favourite TV show because you just needed some damn time to SIT, only to have your mind wandering asking you: “why aren’t you vacuuming? Why aren’t you cleaning the bathroom? Why aren’t you folding laundry? Why aren’t you checking on the kids?”? Countless times, I suspect. We all have. We’ve been conditioned to. The patriarchy has told us so.

Hear me though: part of taking your power back includes dismantling the patriarchy and the bullshit you’ve been told along the way. Please understand, the patriarchy isn’t just or only “men” (we’re not here to hate on men); it’s the construct that women are “less-than”, or that women have “their place”, or that we “can only do so much” or that we’re “weak” - we’re here to call bullshit on every single lie we’ve been told by the patriarchy. So be prepared to feel uncomfortable in moments, be prepared to unlearn some things so that we can build back up into the powerful fucking goddesses we were always meant to be.

Now, let’s get into the fun part! Do you ever feel like you’re missing something? You watch other women appear to be so successful and you look over your business and think: “I must be missing something” because your business feels like it’s plateaued and you are constantly searching for the Next Thing - sound familiar? Plot twist: you aren’t missing something - your signal is just … muted. When you’re ready to tune into your frequency, you’re able to turn it up so loud that your ideal clients can feel the pull from across the digital landscape! That’s what we’re talking about. That’s the kind of alignment we’re helping women find. Because it isn’t about ‘finding yourself‘ - it’s about broadcasting yourself - unapologetically, magnetically and with the knowing that you are valuable, simply because you are YOU.

Shifting gears into the science of things, Quantum Field Theory reveals that at the most fundamental level, everything in the Universe is vibrating at different frequencies in quantum fields. Yes - everything. Especially your thoughts, emotions and intentions; they are creating measurable electromagnetic patterns that influence your environment. Quantum Coherence happens when all aspects of a system vibrate in harmony - like a laser beam when all light waves are perfectly aligned, creating extraordinary power and precision. Now look, you don’t have to be a quantum physicist to understand this stuff - you only need to pare it down into how it works in your business and in life.

I’m so glad you asked! Consider this: back when we used to have to tune into a radio wave (frequency), we’d have to spin the dial, or push the button to juuuuust the right spot to avoid the static. If we were off a point or two or three, the station had some level of static; the same goes for your business. When your message, energy, pricing and presence are all broadcasting on the same frequency - the message is received loud and clear - and you achieve business quantum coherence. When one or more of those pieces are broadcasting or vibrating at a different frequency from the others - there’s static in your business and you’re not attracting your ideal audience, or not selling your offer as often as you desire or you’re sitting at your computer asking: “what the hell am I missing?!”.

Digital Systers has a play to run, to change the game. What we’ve learned is that every piece of content you create should achieve that quantum coherence across four frequencies: Coherence Check, Frequency Check, Resonance Check and Authenticity Check. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in “I have to post 5 times a day on 5 different platforms” that we don’t realize how much static is running in our broadcast. 

We’ve learned that often, as women in business, we are broadcasting from conflicting frequencies simultaneously, which creates interference patterns that weaken our signal strength.
